Barminco is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic and motivated Underground Training Coordinator to join our operations at Agnew Mine Site in Western Australia, working an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster out of Perth.
Reporting to the Senior Health, Safety & Training Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and continuously improving training methods. This role will focus strongly on compliance to ensure that all personnel, including employees, labour hire personnel and subcontractors, have sufficient skills and competencies to undertake their work safely and efficiently in accordance with the Barminco Health and Safety Management System.
