These roles will work an 8 & 6 FIFO roster out of Perth.Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting site with technical, underground mining issues. Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Hold a Mine Engineering Degree
  • Have completed your graduate program along with time underground – a minimum of three years’ experience is essential
  • Have your Underground Shift Supervisors certificate, or preferably your First-Class Mine Manager’s Certificate
  • Have a natural ability to lead by example, as well as motivate and engage your work crews
  • Possess strong computer and software skills
  • Be proactive, solutions orientated, results driven and customer focused
  • Have excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders
