You will require boundless energy, resilience, determination and a genuine interest in working with people from different cultures. Duties and Responsibilities:Working knowledge of drill rig performance and capabilities, including functions of controls, gauges, warning lamps and emergency procedures;Ability to operate drill rig safety and understanding all drill rig safety features (inclusive of any industry safety legislation.);Ability to mentor, coach and train the Offsider in the day to day tasks required of running a rig;Ability to organise and establish priorities, following up on outstanding tasks and closing out any completed works/task where necessary;Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to, Barminco’s employees, Management, team members, client representatives, and industrial relations contacts;Ensure a safe workplace for all stakeholders by maintaining compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, policies & procedures.Minimum Requirements:A demonstrated passion for safety and a proactive attitude toward ensuring that safety is front of mind for all employees at all times;Minimum 5 years expatriate experienceA positive work ethic in line with company values;Self-starter who will work with minimal supervision;Drilling Certification is desirableFirst Aid Certificate is desirable;International Drivers licence Your proactive attitude to safety, diligent approach and strong work ethic, will see you become a highly valued member of the Barminco Operations Team, where you will work alongside experienced industry professionals in a safe, dynamic and outcome focused environment. Barminco welcomes and encourages both males and females who possess the outlined skills, experience and ambition, as well as the required resilience to work at a remote FIFO operation, to apply. 155000 AUD Nation - Other - Overseas Middle East & Africa Middle East & North Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:
