As part of the Perenti Group, Barminco employs over 4,300 people, at 21 projects in eight countries. About the roleBarminco has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Administrator to join our maintenance team based at our workshop in Hazelmere. This role will be part time-based and would suit some looking for shorter work days. Starting time is flexible and would be a 6-hour day on a Monday – Friday basis. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be an integral part of the team by providing ongoing administrate support to the workshop and maintenance manager directly.Key Requirements;Experience in a similar capacity within the mining or engineering sectorDemonstrated high level computer skills and knowledge with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.previous experience using SAP or similar accounting and finance applicationsAssist with the upkeep of plant maintenance systems and records in SAP, including meter resets, asset disposals and creating new assetsCapture and enter machine hours and other vital statistics into the maintenance management system.   • Raise SAP work orders as required and directed including standing work orders relating to equipment transfers
  • Raise purchase order requisitions in SAP and monitor their progress and work with the purchasing team to ensure timely processing
  • Assist with the monitoring of costing in the work orders so they are correctly coded and updated in the system.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Valid National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
