In line with forecasted growth, we are seeking applications from experienced Underground Trainers to join our Operation in Botswana. Key Requirements;

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or Enterprise Skill Set
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a training role
  • International experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience in training Service Crew, Charge-Up and Bogger
  • The ability to mentor and train employees with no previous operating experience.
  • To assist these employees to achieve a high level of situational and safety awareness as well as the required skills to operate efficiently.
  • Experience facilitating training, ensuring the training is time effective and learning outcomes are achieved in a short period of time.
