Barminco is one of the world's largest, hard rock mining companies with over three decades of experience. We are currently developing over 120 kilometres per year, and mining above 10 million tonnes on our multi-million-dollar fleet of underground mining equipment. With new projects forecasted, this will see Barminco and AUMS grow to over 4,300 employees in 2021. In line with Barminco's growth, we are seeking applications from experienced Heavy Duty Fitters. In line with Barminco's growth, we are seeking applications from experienced Heavy Duty Fitters. Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, this position will work a FIFO roster out of Perth.

Key Requirements; 

  • Previous experience working on earthmoving machinery with CAT, Sandvik, Atlas, and Copco (desirable)
  • Substantial expertise in breakdown, repairs, and maintenance of mining equipment
  • All valid and relevant Trade certificates, qualifications, and licences
  • Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence
  • National Police clearance
