Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Hold a Mine Engineering Degree
  • Have completed your time underground
  • Hold an Underground Shift Supervisors certificate, or preferably your First-Class Mine Manager's Certificate
  • Have a natural ability to lead by example, as well as motivate and engage those around you
  • Possess strong computer and software skills
  • Be proactive, solutions orientated and results driven
  • Have excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders
  • Be commercially savvy with a strong business acumen
