Barminco is one of the world's largest, hard rock mining companies with over three decades of experience. We are currently developing over 120 kilometres per year, and mining above 10 million tonnes on our multi-million-dollar fleet of underground mining equipment. With new projects forecasted, this will see Barminco and AUMS grow to over 5,100 employees in 2021, across 25 projects in seven countries. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operator Trainers. Based at our Hazelmere Head Office, with occasional site travel. Reporting to the Training Superintendent you will coordinate and facilitate training programs for Barminco’s entry-level roles and ensure new starters are adequately trained prior to mobilising to site and are compliant with the structured training path once there.We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment where our people can develop, both personally and professionally. Key accountabilities:

Key requirements:
