Barminco is currently seeking a suitably experienced Receptionist to join our Hazelmere Head Office. Being front of house, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to Barminco. You will be responsible for all reception duties and assist with general administration work where required.

This busy role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a safe, dynamic and outcome focused environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the efficient management of incoming telephone, email and visitor enquiries, ensuring that Barminco is always represented in a professional manner
• Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail
• Greet and direct visitors ensuring correct sign-in procedures are followed
• Managing meeting rooms and booking system
• Booking of domestic and international travel requests
• Processing purchase orders in SAP as requested, for multiple departments
• Manage and order stationery, staff corporate uniforms and PPE clothing
• Reconciling various financial statements on a monthly basis
• General administrative tasks as required

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar position within a corporate and professional environment
• Be outgoing and personable with strong communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Possess a strong attention to detail
