About the role

in line with Barminco's growth, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Hazelmere team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will work alongside our existing team of inhouse recruiters supporting our domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate pipeline development and management
  • Develop 'just in time' sourcing strategies
  • Campaign development in conjunction with the marketing team
  • Link the company Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development to recruitment strategies
  • Research and present market & industry data and analysis
  • Develop and implement of a broad range of strategic sourcing strategies
  • Design and manage regional and international sourcing campaigns
  • Develop passive candidate engagement strategies through search, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Pipeline management for critical and hard to fill roles
  • Market/competitor engagement and analysis to discover industry trends
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand the future requirements in the Australian market

Experience/Qualifications;

  • Experience in developing sourcing strategies for national and international roles.
  • White collar and professional recruitment experience preferably within the mining sector 
  • Recruitment marketing experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and other sourcing platforms
  • Developed sourcing strategies aligned to EVP.
  • Networking skills and established relationships with candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
