 Key Requirements; 

  • Must hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessing.
  • Must have at least 5 years underground mining operations experience.
  • Understanding both equipment and human resource capability and production.

  • Certificate 4 in Training (desirable)

  • Carry out crew training, practical assessments and review each employee's development, mentoring and performance
  • Understanding mining techniques and ability to optimise mine production.

  • Understanding appropriate statutory and mining regulations.
  • Ability to assess people performance and potential.
  • A valid Manual International driver's license
