As part of the Perenti Group, Barminco employs over 4,300 people, at 21 projects in eight countries. About the roleWe are seeking applications from an experienced Shotcrete Operators. About the role

We are seeking applications from an experienced Shotcrete Operators. These positions will work a 10:6 FIFO roster based at Botswana’s Zone 5 operations.

Key Requirements; 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working underground
  • Substantial experience with Normet diesel Spraymecs (desirable)
  • Compliance with all QA/QC requirements to deliver high quality safe work
  • Open and positive attitude to training national workforce to safe operating standards.
