In line with Barminco's growth, we are seeking applications from experienced Shotcrete Supervisors or candidates who are in leading hand position and are ready for the next step in their career.  This role will provide roving support to our mining projects across the Australian operations.

Key Requirements 

• Demonstrated experience and productive running of batch plant & shotcrete operations  
• Extensive experience working in underground mining 
• Sound understanding of QA/QC requirements  
• Leadership experience and coaching/training of shotcrete/batch plant onsite teams 
• Working knowledge of Normet/Jacon shotcreters and Mack agitators would be advantageous  
• All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL’s) 
• Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence 
• Current National Police clearance (valid within 3 months) 
• A strong focus on safety and hazard identification
