This position would be on a 5/2 Roster Monday - Friday.Key Responsibilities:Maintain roster/DatabaseCoordinate and arrange hand carry freight and couriersCompile data for Payroll bi-monthlyWeekly reporting for Freight, Flights & AccommodationRaise invoices in SAP and convert to PO for accounts processing, record invoices details on freight reports.Assist PM’s and site personnel with any adhoc requestsArrange international travel as per rostersProcess payroll and employee leave/sick applications in conjunction with Head Office Payroll department every pay period.Skills, Experience & Attributes:Experience in administrative or secretarial position. Skills, Experience & Attributes:

  • Experience in administrative or secretarial position. Experience working with in the Underground mining sector would be an advantage but not essential.
