All permanent Contract Mining employees in Australia who are employed up to Supervisor level are eligible to submit referrals. The qualifying roles for the referral program are listed below:

Note: Referral bonus payments will be made as gross amounts, excluding superannuation, and will be subject to taxation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Referred candidates are a priority for our recruitment team. We aim to contact them within 48-72 business hours to confirm:
Should your referred candidate be deemed a suitable candidate, we will progress them through our recruitment process. You will be notified if your referred candidate is successful in gaining employment by Barminco.
Payments for eligible referrals will be made after the successful referred employee has completed their probation period and maintained employment.
