Our Employee Referral Program is an initiative that incentivises current employees to refer experienced and skilled people, who align with our principles, to join our team. Barminco is experiencing significant growth and we need skilled and experienced people to join our operations both in Australia and internationally.

It’s a great opportunity to earn extra money by referring one of your friends or associates to a qualifying role at Barminco.

All permanent Perenti employees who are employed up to Shift Supervisor level are eligible to submit referrals. The qualifying roles for the referral program are listed below.
