Note: Terms and conditions apply. $500 is paid at the time of hire, the balance is paid after six months of service. Referral bonus payments will be made as gross amounts in USD and will be subject to taxation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Referral Process

Referred candidates are a priority for our recruitment team. We aim to contact them within 48-72 business hours to confirm:

If your referral is suitable, they will move through our standard recruitment process. You will be notified if they are successful in securing a role with Barminco.

If you wish to refer someone who does not fall within the scope of this program, please send their details to HRUSA@barminco.com.au or HRCanada@barminco.com.au, referrals outside the program will not be processed through this channel.
